A seasoned financial professional, Dennis has served in leadership roles ranging from plant controller / Director of Administrative Support to Chief Financial Officer. In addition, he has held the role of Materials Manager. His experience in manufacturing extends from family-owned operations to international facilities with annual revenues exceeding $225 million. Dennis has built strong banking partnerships and prides himself on implementing cost savings initiatives while maintaining superior product quality and service.
Dennis’ most notable accomplishments include taking one company from $4M in Sales to $20M and another from $8M to $22M in annual sales. Another notable accomplishment was by implementing a strategic operational realignment, which reduced annual corporate expenditures by $1.5 million. He also developed and implemented profitability by Customer and Produce Line adding $750K annually to EBITDA. By optimizing resources and inventory processes, he has reduced annual costs by over $800,000 – and increased manufacturing annual productivity by 50%. Dennis is a committed leader and consummate professional in all areas of financial management, constantly striving to deliver increased value.
Dennis holds a BSBA Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Geneva College, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He also holds an Associate Degree from Penn State University.
Dennis is currently affiliated with the following professional organizations: Financial Executives International, MIT Enterprise Forum Phoenix and Phoenix CEO-CFO Group. In addition, he served as a Board Member for Stardust Building Supplies, Inc. – a Non Profit. For three yeaes.
He is also a volunteer with Paz De Cristo – Community Center which feeds the homeless. This is an organization that feeds the homeless and I am truly blessed when I serve and volunteer to help. It is truly a rewarding experience. You get back far more than you give.
